Attorney Frechette has been practicing law for 12 years and is admitted to practice in four jurisdictions (Colorado, Vermont, New Hampshire and Connecticut) as well as in several Federal courts.
In the civil arena, attorney Frechette has litigated on both sides of the aisle, representing both plaintiffs and defendants (insurance defense) in personal injury actions, plaintiffs in civil rights actions and both plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract actions. In the criminal arena, attorney Frechette’s practice focuses on DUI defense and related matters. In addition, attorney Frechette’s experience ranges from courtroom litigation to appellate argument at the State Supreme Court level, to counseling clients in estate planning, business law, including counseling clients on the choice of and formation of business entity types (corporations, LLC’s, partnerships and non-profits) as well as on the conduct of such business entities. Mr. Frechette is a true general practitioner who prides himself in going to bat for his clients through plain talk, effective settlement tactics, and passionate litigation and appellate work.
